The room had thick, luxurious carpet and a comfy bed that was clean and well-equipped. I enjoyed a good chat with the good couple who run the place, and the peaceful ambiance. Waking up to birdsong was a treat.
The air conditioning was positioned directly above the bed, causing dry throat discomfort during the night. A couple of minor points-there were privacy concerns due to a lack of curtains in some areas, and the blinds let morning light flood in, which could be an annoyance for late sleepers. While there was no laundry service on-site, a nearby laundromat was available, which might be inconvenient for longer stays.

One simple answer, yes or no?
The hospitality from Mark and Paula was really good! They made sure we felt welcome and the complimentary drinks were a good surprise! The peaceful garden surroundings were a fantastic bonus!
While the nearby attractions were enjoyably accessible, public transport options were quite limited, making it inconvenient for travelers without a vehicle.

I stayed in the room that was well-insulated so maintained a stable temperature and available with a stable temperature, a garden view and single size beds. The cost was £ 137. The location was incredibly comfortable and easy, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Fairy Pools.

Loved the pool, but the TV reception was poor during rain.

My room included a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a dining area. Location: the hotel was short walk to kerikeri township or a 2 minute car drive, and attractions and the town. The staff was very very helpful and attentive, so I would come here again.

This hotel is good, and has free wi-fi, a saltwater pool, and outdoor dining. The staff always offer great tips, like currency recommendations during my first stay. I can't wait to come back for Christmas.

This is the second time i have stayed at this motel and I was there this time for the Kerikeri half marathon. Great spa for after the event. Accomodation is really comfortable - it was cosy immaculte and clean and the hospitality is amazing - Andrea and Alan are friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble - thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming home baked goodies.

During our short stay, we were delighted with the cozy setup of our room. The space was thoughtfully designed for accessibility, allowing us to move around easily. We loved being close to the charming Rainbow Falls, just a quick stroll away, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The complementary milk for our coffee was a nice touch that made us feel welcome and at home.

Very nice host. Hostess even gave you delightful little cookies--lovely personal touch.
There were no security catches on any of the windows. Whatever cleaning products they use left a very unpleasent smell in the rooms and I felt I needed to open all window to air the rooms. The smell was very offensive- a damp mouldy smell Having said that the rooms were clean except for the mould above the shower. The gardens could be made a real attraction with a small amount of work eg: clearing to tall grass between units
